个人简介

申请人为上海交通大学工学博士、加州大学河滨分校联合博士培养、香港中文大学博士后。目前为同济大学电子与信息工程学院副教授、博士生导师。长期从事无线通信基础研究，在IEEE期刊发表论文70余篇，以第一/通讯作者在IEEE期刊发表论文31篇，第一/通讯作者IEEE Trans/一区论文24篇，ESI高被引1篇，谷歌学术引用2802次，获Chinacom和ICICSP国际会议最佳论文奖；授权技术发明专利23项（第一发明人11项），转让授权专利1项。

主要成果

曾获中国电子学会自然科学奖二等奖（第1）、上海市科技进步一等奖（第2）、上海市技术发明一等奖（第3）、教育部技术发明一等奖（第5）、中国产学研合作创新与促进二等奖（第7）。入选上海市优秀博士论文、上海市浦江人才计划、ACM上海分会新星提名奖（上海浙江地区年度共4名）、EAI Fellow、IEEE ComSoc多媒体通信专委会Outstanding Yong Researcher奖。担任期刊IEEE Wireless Communications Letters和IEEE Access编委、IET Blockchain创刊编委。
