The School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering conducted the mid-term evaluation of the 2025 Graduate High-Quality Teaching Resource Construction Project

To steadily advance the construction of high-quality teaching resources for postgraduate education and enhance the quality of postgraduate training, the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering organized and convened the mid-term evaluation meeting for the 2025 Graduate High-Quality Teaching Resource Construction Project on October 9. The meeting invited Professor Gu Xingsheng from East China University of Science and Technology, along with the School's Professor Wang Guozhong and Professor Chen Bei, to serve as evaluation experts. The meeting was chaired by Wu Peng, a member of the School's Party Committee, and was attended by the relevant project leaders.

During the meeting, teachers Shang Xiwu and Zhang Juan delivered detailed presentations on the curriculum development project "Efficient Video and Image Coding Based on Visual Perception Characteristics" and the postgraduate research innovation practice base project "Construction of the Jiaocesuo Postgraduate Science and Technology Innovation Practice Base" respectively, focusing on the project progress, phased outcomes, existing issues, and next-step development plans.

The attending experts carefully listened to the presentations, reviewed the relevant materials, and provided constructive suggestions regarding project content, implementation pathways, and outcome refinement. The experts fully affirmed the phased achievements of both projects and offered valuable recommendations for further promoting the integration of science and education, deepening practical teaching, and strengthening the cultivation of innovative talent.

This mid-term evaluation meeting not only charted the course for the subsequent development of the projects but also provided strong support for the optimization and integration of the School's postgraduate teaching resources. The School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering will continue to enhance the construction of postgraduate teaching resources and advance the high-quality development of postgraduate education.
