On the afternoon of September 9, the school held a mid-level cadres meeting in Room 7950 of the Modern Transportation Engineering Center. The meeting was chaired by Wang Chengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the school, and attended by members of the Party Committee, party and administrative leaders, and mid-level cadres.

During the meeting, the school leadership deployed, arranged, and provided reminders regarding various tasks including educational studies, documentation of "Three Sessions and One Lecture" activities, temporary secondments for practical training, the Young Talent Support Project, summarization of the "14th Five-Year Plan," formulation of the "15th Five-Year Plan," outstanding case studies of integrating ideological and political education into curricula, ideological security, scientific research projects, teaching reforms, laboratory safety, adjunct graduate supervisors, budget execution, student employment, academic atmosphere construction, applications for youth foundation projects, optimization of research teams, inviting industry experts into classrooms, grade entry, construction of teaching ethos, class schedule adjustments, make-up examinations, and the application for textbook review experts. Announcements were made concerning approved funds and research projects, graduate recommendation for exemption in 2026, and new student enrollment. Departments and offices (centers) conducted exchanges and discussions on matters such as thesis spot checks, student course selection, deferred thesis defenses, laboratory safety, cloud desktop systems, the faculty congress, and budget execution.
