On the afternoon of September 23, the School held a mid-level cadres meeting in Room 7950 of the Modern Transportation Engineering Center. The meeting was chaired by Wang Chengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and attended by members of the Party Committee, Party and administrative leaders, and mid-level cadres.

During the meeting, the School leadership deployed, arranged, and provided reminders regarding various tasks including the summarization of educational studies, strengthening awareness of baseline requirements and red lines, integrating ideological and political education into curricula, teaching quality, classroom discipline, engineering certification, School culture building, meeting discipline, the application for doctoral programs, donations, the application and guidance for research funds, scientific research projects, the reimbursement of research fund advances, and the construction of international joint laboratories. Interpretations were provided on departmental assessment indicators and policies regarding horizontal research funding. Departments and offices (centers) conducted exchanges and discussions on matters such as graduation project spot checks, student course selection, transfer major interviews for international students, laboratory safety exams, course substitutions, teaching material spot checks, student employment, industry-education integration internships, equipment transfers, the development of industry-education integration demonstration majors, course development, donations, budget execution, and trade union activities.
