In order to thoroughly implement the national decision-making and deployment on innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and fully implement the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents and the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities, the Basic Industry Training Center of Tsinghua University held the "2025 Seminar on Improving the Ability of Teachers in Colleges and Universities" from June 7 to 9, 2025. Relying on the strong support of the China University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Alliance, this activity is carried out for the heads and backbone teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education in various colleges and universities, and further consolidates the concept of "promoting teaching through competition, promoting innovation through competition, promoting innovation through competition, and promoting learning through competition" through concept guidance, experience sharing, case analysis, practical exercises and other links, so as to help teachers improve their practical teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education and cultivate top-notch innovation and entrepreneurship talents.

The training invited Yang Jianxin, Director of the Basic Industry Training Center of Tsinghua University, Zhang Qi, Director of the Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Teaching Department of the Basic Industry Training Center of Tsinghua University, Gao Peng, Vice Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Ye Peida of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Liu Deying, Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Peking University, Zhu Lei, Founding Partner of Beijing Taiyi Investment, Feng Xiqing, Founding Partner of Hongtai Intelligent Manufacturing Factory, Wang Dali, Project Director of the Secretariat of the China University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Alliance, Wang Peng, Co-founder of Gongji Technology, Gao Derun, founder of the initial team of the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, made a keynote report on the role of "project-based" teaching in promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship competition system, "project-based" teaching to promote the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition system, interpreting the new situation and changes of the innovation competition and the role of the creation mentor, the key points of the competition (2025) rule adjustment, the analysis of the characteristics of excellent projects and the preparation of international project invitations, and the promotion of innovation through competitions - the cultivation paradigm of innovation and entrepreneurship teams with high quality.

Huang Li, a young teacher of the Department of Electronic Information of our college, participated in this training activity. Teacher Huang Li actively participates in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students, guiding college students to train 4 municipal and school-level projects, guiding students to participate in various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and the projects he supervised won the first prize of the 2023 Shanghai University of Engineering Technology "Internet +" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the first prize of the "China International College Student Innovation Competition (2024) On-campus Selection Competition" and the "Shanghai University of Engineering Technology 2024 College Student Innovation Competition". China International University Student Innovation Competition (2024) Shanghai Division Bronze Award and other honors.

Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the College, teachers and students of the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering actively respond to the national strategic needs, explore innovative education models in higher education, and strengthen the close integration of education with the national development strategy.
